Services

     ALA provides the full spectrum of architectural services, including:
  • defining the owner's needs and the requirements of the project (the "program");

  • documenting existing condi- tions through measurements, photographs, and CAD draw- ings;

  • creating initial design concepts in the form of floor plans, elevations, and perspective sketches;

  • developing the design with details and material and fixture selections;

  • producing drawings and other documentation to secure re- quired approvals and permits; and

  • assisting the owner in selec- ting a contractor and other consultants, as needed, and providing guidance and review during construction.
