In addition to raising the house above flood levels, a second story was added, moving bedrooms upstairs as well as adding a laundry room and special "away room" for relaxing and music. A stone base visually anchors the house, minimizing the additional height, and finishes, fixtures, and lighting complement the existing language of the house (while on staff at ALB Designs).
